Kossi: The association "Union kounadya nafa" of Nouna handed over an envelope of 115,000 CFA francs to the municipal VDPs, as part of the reconquest of the territory.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the association of women sweepers in Nouna organized a sanitation and awareness day on March 22, 2025. During this event, they presented the municipal VDPs with an envelope containing 115,000 CFA francs. This gesture is intended as symbolic support for the VDP.

The president of the special delegation of the commune of Nouna, Souleymane Tiono, expressed his appreciation for the initiative, acknowledging the support of the women for the communal VDP. He emphasized that the activity took place in Sector 7 due to its significant household waste issues.

The women sweepers conducted a cleaning operation from the popular hostel to the Sector 5 bridge. Bakary Serem©, representing the residents of Sector 5, expressed gratitude for the association's efforts and the positive impact on the community.

Harouna Simboro, representing the VDP, thanked the women for their ongoing support and positive sentiments towards both the FDS and VDP.
