According to Burkina Information Agency, the playoffs will commence with Germany facing Paraguay on June 29 in Foxborough. Other notable matches include France against Sweden on July 1 in East Rutherford, and the United States pitted against Bosnia and Herzegovina on July 2 in Santa Clara. The tournament, hosted across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, is featuring 48 teams for the first time and is set to conclude on July 19.
The list of fixtures also includes South Africa versus Canada on June 28 in Inglewood, Netherlands against Morocco on June 30 in Monterrey, and Portugal taking on Croatia on July 3 in Toronto. Spain will face Austria on July 2 in Inglewood, while Belgium will clash with Senegal on July 1 in Seattle. Brazil is set to meet Japan on June 29 in Houston, with Ivory Coast and Norway competing on June 30 in Arlington. Additional matches include Mexico against Ecuador on July 1 in Mexico City, England versus DR Congo on July 1 in Atlanta, and Argentina facing Cape Verde on July 4 in Miami. Australia will compete with Egypt on July 3 in Arlington, Switzerland will meet Algeria on July 3 in Vancouver, and Colombia will face Ghana on July 4 in Kansas City.
