Yamba:Gourma The special delegation of the commune of Yamba organized a collective session of physical and sporting activities on Saturday, October 24, 2026, to promote health and strengthen social cohesion.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event was chaired by Issa Napon, President of the special delegation (PDS) of the municipality of Yamba. The session saw participation from town hall staff, representatives of the decentralized technical services of the State, and numerous inhabitants of the municipality.

Comrade Napon emphasized that regular sports practice is essential for maintaining both physical and mental health, while also enhancing community and social cohesion. He encouraged participants to incorporate sports into their daily lives to preserve their health and strengthen solidarity within the community.

The event took place in a friendly atmosphere, characterized by the mobilization of local authorities and residents around the values of health, solidarity, and social cohesion.
