Zondoma: The Special Delegation of the municipality of Boussou offered on Saturday a sum of 400,000 FCFA to support the efforts of the fighters in the defense of their positions. "I would be remiss if I did not conclude my remarks without expressing my gratitude to all the Defense and Security Forces (FDS), to the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) who fight body and soul, sometimes making the ultimate sacrifices, to ensure the security necessary for school, work and community life to continue," said the President of the special delegation of the commune of Boussou, Alassane Demsili.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the commitment of the defense forces commands respect and deserves recognition, as acknowledged by Alassane Demsili. Like him, the speakers unanimously agreed on the crucial role played by the fighting forces in defending and protecting the town's inhabitants against the numerous terrorist incursions in the area.

To put words into action, the special delegation allocated 400,000 FCFA, with 250,000 for the Mixed Marching Battalion and 150,000 for the VDP (Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland). This contribution aims to strengthen the troops' operational capabilities in their security mission in this area, where vigilance is regularly required.
