Zoundw©ogo: The Raising of the Colors Under the Banner of Exemplary Fiscal Policy and Support for Government Initiatives

Zoundw©ogo: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the Gogo municipality, Issa Tiendr©b©ogo, presided over the national flag-raising ceremony this Tuesday. On this occasion, he called upon the community's key stakeholders to pay their taxes and support all government initiatives.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the community's leading figures, along with the Gogo Defense and Security Forces (FDS), participated in this ceremony held at the departmental Water and Forestry Service. The presentation of the service and the speech by the Director of Forestry Services were the main highlights of the event.

In his address, the Head of the Gogo Departmental Water and Forestry Service, Adama Kabor©, outlined the responsibilities of his service. He emphasized that its primary mission is the implementation of national policy regarding forests, wildlife, and the environment.

Taking the floor in turn, the PDS once again commended the efforts made by the FDS and the VDP in securing the national territory. He also praised the strong turnout of participants in this monthly flag-raising ceremony, a symbol of the attachment of different social groups to the motherland.

Taking advantage of this platform, the PDS urged all stakeholders to pay their taxes, reminding them that this month is dedicated to exemplary tax compliance. It also called for full support of government initiatives outlined in the new national framework, the 2026-2030 National Development Plan, "Recovery."

He called on the people to strengthen their unity, to banish all forms of division and to mobilize for the new configuration of the Special Delegations currently being implemented.
