Passor©/: The Secretary General of the Passor© Province, No©lie Berehoumdougou/Kabor©, officially installed the new Provincial Director of Youth and Employment of Passor©, Augustin Sama, in his new position on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, in Yako. He promised to be available and determined to address the challenges facing youth in the province.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the new provincial director of youth and employment of Passor©, Augustin Sama, took office on Wednesday, July 3, 2025, in Yako, in the presence of the constituted bodies, friends, and future collaborators. Sama expressed his willingness to be alongside the population to gather their expectations and guide them towards concrete solutions. He thanked the highest authorities of the country for the confidence placed in him to lead the provincial direction in charge of Youth of Passor©.
The new director, who replaces the outgoing director, Windingoudi Augustin Ou©draogo, congratulated his predecessor for the sacrifice made during the 8 years at the head of the provincial leadership. Ou©draogo stated he left Passor© province with the feeling of a job well done, despite some challenges.
In terms of achievements, the outgoing director highlighted the training of more than 4,000 young people and women in entrepreneurship, 1,200 in financial education, and 5,000 young people educated on civics and citizenship. The Secretary General of Passor©, No©lie Berehoumdougou/Kabor©, congratulated, on behalf of the High Commissioner of Passor©, Windingoudi Augustin Ou©draogo, for the work accomplished and the performances achieved despite the difficulties encountered.
Ms. Berehoumdougou reassured the new director of the availability and support of all the constituted bodies of the province to support him in achieving his missions, namely the promotion of youth entrepreneurship, vocational training, and employment. As a reminder, Augustin Sama was appointed in the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, as the new director for youth and employment in Passor©.
