Sissili: The special delegation of the municipality of Boura presented its management report on Thursday, November 27, 2025, during an accountability day dedicated to the past three years. This ceremony, held under the theme "Strengthening Unity and Resilience for Sustainable and Harmonious Development," took place in the presence of a large crowd and provincial authorities.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Secretary General of the province (SGP) of Sissili, Baowinsida Bingo, presided over the proceedings, in the presence of the event's sponsor, Pema Neya, in charge of mission for the Nando region at the Presidency of Faso.

In her report, the President of the Special Delegation (PDS), Judith Diasso/Kanyala, detailed the main achievements made since 2022. The education, health, economic and hydraulic infrastructure sectors, as well as the promotion of socio-sports and cultural activities, are among the major investments made, despite a difficult security context.

"This is not just an exercise in administrative transparency, but an affirmation that our community is built with each and every one of us," she said, praising the resilience and commitment of the people in achieving common goals.

The PDS also addressed the persistent challenges, particularly in the areas of security, social cohesion, climate change, and youth unemployment. To tackle these challenges, Ms. Diasso intends to focus on promoting agricultural entrepreneurship, developing income-generating activities for young people and women, and operationalizing the medical center, among other initiatives.

The Secretary General of the Government, Baowinsida Bingo, commended the "satisfactory results" achieved by the municipal team and invited technical and financial partners to strengthen their support in order to meet the remaining challenges.

"We congratulate the special delegation for its efforts on behalf of the population and invite partners to continue supporting this momentum for the development of our province," he stated.

This day allowed the population of Boura to appreciate the results of three years of management, which were generally praised by the participants.
