Niamey: A mission sent by the President of Burkina Faso, His Excellency Captain Ibrahim Traore, was received this Saturday by His Excellency General Abdourahamane Tiani, President of the Republic and Head of State of Niger. The emissaries delivered a message from the Burkinabe President to his Nigerien counterpart.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Head of Mission, Mr. Bassolma BAZIE, President of the National Commission of the Confederation of Sahel States (CN-AES) of Burkina Faso, stated that this message, imbued with fraternity and solidarity, reaffirms the privileged and long-standing relations between the two nations. These relations have been strengthened within the framework of the Confederation of Sahel States, which unites Burkina Faso, Niger, and Mali.
