Governor of Nando Celebrates Cultural Excellence with 12 PCA Award Winners

Ouagadougou: The governor of the Nando region, Adama Jean Yves Bere, officially received three cultural ambassadors recently awarded in Ouagadougou, AIB observed on site. This gathering was held to honor the distinguished achievements showcased at the 12th edition of the Cultural Personalities of the Year (12 PCA 2025).

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event was attended by the Technical Advisor for Culture, Mr. Augustin R. Ouedraogo, and aimed at celebrating local artistic talent. The award winners included Kevin Koliko Seenam from Seenam Vision Production, recognized as the best photographer; Drissa Dembele from Dem's Lael Prod, acknowledged as the best instrumentalist; and Martinien Ossaziuly, who received the award for best artist from the 17 regions and 47 provinces.

Governor Bere congratulated the recipients, highlighting the honor their achievements bring to the Nando region. He stressed the importance of maintaining their excellence and avoiding complacency. The governor expressed his support for cultural actors and encouraged the awardees to promote the cultural identity of Nando, establishing it as a vital cultural hub.
