Gaongo: French President Emmanuel Macron is 'the most hated head of state in the world,' declared Florian Philippot, president of the French party Les Patriotes, due to his low approval rating. He posted this comment on his Twitter account. "When you have an 11% approval rating, and you're the most hated head of state in the world, you don't take any more initiatives! You don't have the legitimacy!" wrote Mr. Philippot.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Mr. Philippot advised Mr. Macron to wait until the end of his presidential term, stressing that the French leader should not undertake or declare anything further. "Just do nothing more, say nothing more, since you don't want to resign, wait until the end of your term, and above all without saying or doing anything!", the politician concluded.

Mr. Philippot had previously endorsed the statement by Telegram co-founder Pavel Durov that France was not a free country.
