Kaya: In an effort to assist internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the commune of Tongomayel, the Special Delegation organized a series of mobile court hearings in Kaya from February 5 to 7, 2026. These hearings were aimed at helping IDPs regularize their civil status documents.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the mission was led by Mr. Idrissa Koumtoubre, President of the Special Delegation (PDS), who mobilized municipal technical services for the operation. The services were deployed to ensure the smooth execution of the hearings, with Mr. Koumtoubre personally overseeing the activities to guarantee their success.

Mr. Koumtoubre stated that this initiative's goal was to bring the administration closer to its constituents, provide easier access to public services, and expedite the processing of numerous pending administrative files.

The organization of these mobile court hearings highlights the Tongomayel municipal administration's dedication to maintaining the continuity of public service under challenging circumstances.
