The Special Delegation of P´ Honors Retiring Administrative Assistant Blandine Nana/Attiou

Nahouri: The special delegation of the commune of P´ paid tribute to Blandine Nana/Attiou, who has retired, during the traditional New Year's greetings ceremony.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the tribute took place during the traditional presentation of New Year's greetings on Friday, February 13, 2026, from the staff to the President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of P´, Ilassa Dianda. A gesture of republican gratitude was extended to the administrative assistant, Blandine Nana/Attiou, who retired after more than 30 years of service.

The President of the special delegation presented a certificate of recognition, praising not only the longevity of Nana/Attiou's career but also the quality of her commitment. "It is an example of selflessness and professionalism that we celebrate today," emphasized Ilassa Dianda, noting the importance of unsung pillars like her in building the Nation.

Ilassa Dianda encouraged the youth to draw inspiration from Mrs. Nana, describing her as a hardworking and tireless agent whose contributions will be remembered in the annals of the administration. For Blandine Nana/Attiou, this distinction marked the culmination of a lifelong dedication to public service.

Visibly moved, Blandine Nana/Attiou expressed her gratitude toward her superiors and colleagues who supported her throughout her administrative journey. "Serving one's country is an honor, and leaving with a sense of duty fulfilled is a blessing," she shared. She joined the civil service on January 4, 1995, and is set to retire on February 3, 2026.

During the ceremony, the head of the civil registry service of the P´ town hall, the commander of the municipal police, and the central commissioner of the city of P´ also received letters of congratulations for their commitment and selflessness in contributing to the development of the commune.
