Rabat: The women's Stallions of Burkina Faso, currently in Rabat to prepare for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in their category, took part in a relaxing sporting walk on Friday morning. They explored the Hassan II and Mohamed IV mosques before their scheduled match against the Atlas Lionesses, as announced by the Burkinabe Football Federation (FBF).

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Women's Stallions are set to face the Atlas Lionesses in a friendly match on Friday night. Prior to the match, the team engaged in a sporting walk at noon, which included a visit to both the Hassan II and Mohamed IV mosques.

On Friday evening, the Burkina Faso national team will compete against their Moroccan counterparts, the Atlas Lionesses. The Burkina Faso Football Federation (FBF) stated that the match, originally planned to take place at Moulay Hassan Stadium, has been moved to Al Madina Stadium, with the kickoff now scheduled for 10 PM.

The communication department of the FBF indicated that the girls, under the guidance of coach Pascal Sawadogo, will be wearing green jerseys for the match. The Burkina Faso women's national team, the Stallions, arrived in the Moroccan capital on Wednesday to prepare for the Women's Africa Cup of Nations, which is set to occur in Morocco from March 17 to April 3. Burkina Faso is placed in Group B alongside South Africa, Ivory Coast, and Tanzania.
