Ouagadougou: Coach Lady Wassa Traore held a book signing on Saturday, April 4, 2026, for her new book entitled "The Art of Facing Your Fears," a work that invites everyone to transform fear into a lever for personal and professional growth. Published after 14 months of work and the result of a collaboration between coach Lady Wassa, a writer from Niger, and a publishing house from Benin (Les editions fous sans fronti¨res), this work presents itself as a reference dedicated to understanding and reprogramming human fears.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the author, Coach Lady Wassa Traore, regards fear not as an obstacle but as a warning signal, an indicator of preparedness that encourages better action. She was speaking at the book signing ceremony at the Azala Hotel. "This book is not here to eliminate your fears, but to teach you how to understand them, challenge them and reprogram them. Fear is not a wall, it is a door. Behind it lie all our resources," she confided.

The book addresses different types of existential fears while offering tools from neuroscience to help readers unlock their full potential. Coach Lady Wassa Traore invites parents and young people to take ownership of this guide, because every individual with a brain must understand fear: it is by learning to overcome it that one unleashes their full potential.

Youssouf Ouedraogo, the ceremony's sponsor, praised the commendable work. "If Lady Wassa hadn't written this book, it would have had to be written. Fear is natural, but it must be transformed into energy for action," he added, stressing that this book provides concrete solutions for this transformation.
