Zondoma: The High Commissioner of the Zondoma Province, Aboubacar Sidiki Nabe, launched the 'Revolutionary Youth on the March' initiative on Thursday, April 2, 2026, marking the first anniversary of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP).

According to Burkina Information Agency, this activity was initiated by the Ministry of Youth and Employment, aiming to mobilize young people around the ideals of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP), which began on April 1, 2025. The High Commissioner encouraged the youth to organize, train, undertake projects, and remain united in their efforts to play a full part in the revolution.

The initiative's activities include a fun run, an aerobics session, and educational talks to celebrate the first anniversary of the RPP. In Zondoma, the event was overseen by the provincial directorate responsible for youth and employment and attended by representatives from civil society organizations, directors, department heads, and young people from all walks of life. The launch featured a message from the province's top official and a ceremony to honor the heroes who defended Zondoma province.
