Strong Mobilization in Djibo to Support Authorities and Popular Progressive Revolution

Zondoma: The population of Djibo has shown massive support for the Burkinabe authorities and the Popular Progressive Revolution during a large-scale meeting. Residents of the city have expressed their backing for the national vision led by the country's highest authorities, commending their leadership in managing state affairs.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event was organized by the Collective of Young Patriots of Soum, under the leadership of Nouh Tamboura. The meeting witnessed participation from various social groups within the province, highlighting a unified commitment to the ideals of sovereignty and patriotism.

During the demonstration, participants paid tribute to the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP), offering prayers for their protection and success in their missions. The organizers voiced strong opposition to any interference within the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), reaffirming the people's resolve to maintain their sovereignty and control their future.

The event also featured performances by musical groups from diverse communities, such as Rimabe, Bella, Mossi, Songha, Koromba, and Dogon, showcasing the cultural diversity and social unity that define Djibo. This mobilization occurs as the residents of Soum continue to initiate efforts aimed at reclaiming their territory and bolstering national resilience.
