School Principal Urges Community to Support Popular Progressive Revolution

Ouagadougou: On the occasion of the raising of the colors, religious leaders from the village of Konkuy-Koro participated alongside the students in the raising of the colors this Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The school director, Esa Traor©, invited the social classes to commit themselves to the success of the Popular Progressive Revolution (RPP).

According to Burkina Information Agency, various religious communities and the early childhood education center gathered at the Konkuy-Koro school on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, for the flag-raising ceremony. The event was marked by the reading of a message from the President of Burkina Faso, delivered by the school's director, Esa Traor©, and translated into Bwamu by the school council president, Daouda Traor©.

Religious leaders present at the event offered blessings for the return of peace to Burkina Faso. Speaking at the ceremony, the school director emphasized that the country is undergoing a revolution and called upon all segments of society to commit to its success.

Following the flag-raising ceremony, participants shared a communal meal, symbolizing the need for unity among students, parents, and especially teachers to achieve their mission.
