Zoundweogo: A few hours before the opening of the 22nd edition of the National Culture Week (SNC), scheduled from April 25 to May 2, 2026, the city of Bobo-Dioulasso is showing off a beautified face. An observation made this Thursday by the Burkina Information Agency (AIB) reveals refreshed walls, posters everywhere, beautiful decorations and a city teeming with people more than usual.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event is placed under the High Patronage of His Excellency the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore, and this edition will be held under the theme: "Culture, youth and transmission of social values". Preparations are well underway, already generating enthusiasm and pride among local populations.

Men, women and children are actively preparing, eagerly awaiting the opening of this 22nd edition of the SNC.
