Boulgou: Muslim faithful in the commune of Ban©, in the province of Boulgou, celebrated Eid el-Kebir on Wednesday with the grand Tabaski prayer led by the Grand Imam Yacouba Dabon© of Ban©-Koabgatenga, the capital of the commune. The prayer service was marked by invocations for peace, security, and social cohesion in Burkina Faso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, gathered at various prayer sites throughout the commune, the faithful implored Allah for the return of lasting peace, stability in the country, and the strengthening of social cohesion. In their sermons, religious leaders invited the people to promote values of solidarity, forgiveness, brotherhood, and mutual aid, in accordance with the teachings of Islam.

The celebration took place in an atmosphere of reflection and communion among the people of the commune of Ban©.
