Ouagadougou: Nearly 600 young individuals from various regions of Burkina Faso gathered in the capital city for a day dedicated to community work, focusing on paving and sanitation initiatives. Organized by the federation of associations known as "Burkina Remparts," this endeavor took place at the sites of the Faso-Mªbo Agency in Ouagadougou.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Omar Michel Kopia, the president of Burkina Remparts, emphasized that the activities were primarily centered around the laying of paving stones and conducting sanitation operations. This initiative drew participants from Bouss©, Ziniar©, Koup©la, Ouahigouya, and other localities, showcasing a unified effort towards urban improvement.

The head of Burkina Remparts highlighted that the significant turnout of young people reflects a strong commitment to civic engagement and supports the ongoing development efforts within Burkina Faso. Wendinkont© Sim©on Ilboudo, the coordinator for Bouss©, articulated that the federation could not ignore national development initiatives. He expressed the group's motivation to contribute to the beautification and development of their homeland.

Ilboudo further emphasized the importance of enhancing living conditions through tangible actions and called for increased citizen involvement, particularly among the youth, in community and patriotic endeavors. The activity's sponsor, Salif Guira, commended Burkina Remparts' dedication, labeling the association as exemplary and urging all young people to collaborate in nation-building efforts.
