Mouhoun/Baccalaureate 2026 Exams Begin with Emphasis on Discipline and Rule Compliance

Mouhoun: The President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the Kona municipality, Ali Sanou, officially commenced the written examinations for the 2026 baccalaureate session on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the Safan© Joint Examination Board (Jury 19). A total of 246 candidates from the departments of Safan© and Kona are participating in the examinations, with 111 candidates in the A4 series and 135 candidates in the D series.

According to Burkina Information Agency, prior to the start of the exams, candidates exhibited a range of emotions, from concentration and serenity to stress, as they prepared for the first tests of this significant examination, which is essential for advancing their higher education pursuits. Ali Sanou, the PDS of Kona, encouraged the candidates to maintain discipline, confidence, and composure during the examination process.

The PDS emphasized the importance of adhering strictly to the established instructions and demonstrating responsibility throughout the examination period. He conveyed motivational messages to the various stakeholders involved in organizing the session, including jury members, supervisors, and security personnel, stressing the need for strict compliance with regulations to ensure the examination's transparency, credibility, and fairness.
