Ouagadougou: The President of the special delegation (PDS) of the municipality of Titao, Sidiki Ganame, presided over, this Thursday, June 25, 2026 in Titao, the first ordinary session of the Municipal Consultation Framework (CCP) which brought together local development actors. Directors and heads of technical services, civil society organizations, NGOs, citizen watch movements and associations, women's coordination and associations, customary and religious authorities, CVD, traders and other key players in the municipality exchanged views on several major issues of municipal development.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the session addressed the issues and challenges of local development in a context of insecurity, the situation of municipal revenue collection, and the recommendations and commitments of the various stakeholders for better local governance. "This session provided a framework for dialogue and reflection aimed at strengthening citizen participation and promoting concerted solutions for the development of the commune of Titao," said the President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Loroum, Sidiki Ganame.
The holding of this first session was made possible thanks to the financial support of the Citizenship Laboratory through its program to support decentralization and citizen participation.
