Pouni: In the commune of Pouni, the summer holidays are not synonymous with rest for everyone. This year, many students have decided to take advantage of this break to work at the local industrial complex, AIB observed this Tuesday.
According to Burkina Information Agency, far from the playgrounds and idleness, these young learners have chosen to roll up their sleeves and achieve financial independence. Their main objective is to acquire their own resources to prepare for the upcoming school year and, consequently, ease the financial burden on their parents.
Under the supervision of comrade Kolou Tienin, these young girls and boys have already integrated into the various workshops of the complex.
For these young people, this immersion is an opportunity to combine business with pleasure by learning about the realities of the working world while simultaneously building up funds for their school supplies. "What these young people will have earned during these holidays will be a relief to many families," said the site manager, Comrade Kolou Tienin, with satisfaction.
Beyond the financial reward, this initiative is a true school of life. Through their commitment, these students offer a powerful lesson in courage, selflessness, and responsibility, earning the admiration of the entire Pouni community.
