Ouagadougou: The High Commissioner of Kompiernga Province, Isma«l Ouattara, presided over the Pama Municipal School Excellence Awards ceremony on Monday, July 27, 2026. Students and teachers from the Pama Basic Education District (CEB) were recognized.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony was held under the patronage of the provincial director of education, Kandiadiba Tindano. Stakeholders in the education sector and residents of Pama gathered to celebrate academic excellence. The event highlighted the achievements of both students and educators who have shown outstanding dedication and performance.

Kabirou Tankoano, a student at the Koalou school, was honored with the award for best student in the CEB. Michel Onadja from Pama B school received the award for best teacher, and Pama B school itself was recognized as the best school in the CEB. These awards underscore the commitment to educational excellence and the collaborative efforts of the educational community in Pama.

Souleymane Diabat, the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Pama and promoter of the day of communal excellence, expressed his appreciation for the teaching staff and social partners. He also acknowledged the efforts of the fighting forces who contributed to these achievements, emphasizing the collective effort required to reach such honorable results.
