Hanoi: The members of the special delegation of the municipality of Pila unanimously adopted three draft resolutions on August 18, 2026, concerning municipal staff recruitment and an agreement with the National Agency for Support to the Development of Local Authorities (ADCT).
According to Burkina Information Agency, the first draft resolution authorizes the opening of a professional competition to recruit one financial services assistant. The second resolution allows for a professional competition to recruit two administrative assistants. The third draft resolution authorizes the municipality of Pila to sign an agreement with the ADCT, focusing on the recruitment, training, and payment of municipal agents' salaries.
This agreement aligns with the ADCT's initiative to provide one hundred grants to local authorities for the 2026-2028 period. Following a presentation and discussion of the projects, the special delegation members unanimously adopted them, with eight votes in favor and none against or abstaining.
Boureima Taram, the president of the special delegation, emphasized that these resolutions are expected to strengthen the municipality's human capacities. "These deliberations will allow for the improvement of the living and working conditions of the staff," he stated.
The second extraordinary session of Pila's special delegation facilitated decisions on enhancing the municipality's human resources and improving administrative operations.
