Ouagadougou: The municipality of Nanoro hosted the proceedings of its third ordinary session of the year 2026 on Monday in the town hall's reception hall. Placed under the chairmanship of the prefect and President of the special delegation (PDS), Nourou Guiguimd, this meeting mobilized the members of the deliberative body around the major local development projects.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the agenda for this session was structured around three major axes, including the examination, amendment, and adoption of the minutes of the second ordinary session. Additionally, the study and adoption of a crucial resolution concerning the authorization to open professional entrance examinations to the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), 2026 session, were discussed. There was also a focus on monitoring opportunities offered by the National Agency for Support to the Development of Territorial Communities (ADCT), particularly in granting one hundred training scholarships to territorial communities.

Under the heading of information and miscellaneous matters, the PDS informed participants of the active presence of a team from the National Center for Universal Health Insurance (CNAMU) in the locality. This mission's mandate is to inform, raise awareness, and register employees in the public and private sectors, as well as those working in the informal sector, encouraging the entire population to enroll en masse.

In closing the proceedings, Comrade Guiguimd commended the members of the special delegation for their dedication, diligence, and constructive contributions. He also expressed his gratitude to the CNAMU officials for the valuable insights they provided into the ongoing process. "I deeply thank the members of the special delegation who attended this session, the CNAMU officials who enlightened us, as well as all the participants whose contributions enabled us to make decisions for the development of our community," he rejoiced.
