Silly Municipal Subcommittee Finalizes Teacher Transfer Requests for New Administrative Year

Silly: The Silly municipal subcommittee convened on Monday under the leadership of Christophe Bonkoungou, the Prefect and President of the Special Delegation, to address personal requests for primary school teacher assignments. This meeting marked a crucial step in organizing teacher placements for the new administrative year.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the session took place in the PDS office and saw the participation of Julcarnine Napon, the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Silly, human resources manager Tigoul Luc Srm, representatives of school directors, and two union representatives. The chairman, Christophe Bonkoungou, emphasized the importance of impartiality and fairness during the discussions to ensure equitable outcomes for all applicants.

Julcarnine Napon of CCEB verified that the preparatory work was in order and noted the challenge posed by the lack of vacant positions. Despite this, he expressed trust in the arbitration process, which had incorporated input from social partners. The HR Manager, Tigoul Luc Srm, presented a report stating that five applications had been received, with one being withdrawn due to a satisfactory resolution at the provincial level. An evaluation grid was shared among subcommittee members to review each candidate's preferences and scores.

The deliberations also considered issues related to social cohesion within some schools, as highlighted by union representatives. Following these discussions, decisions were made to ensure stability and the effective functioning of education in Silly. The PDS approved the session's outcomes and praised the participants for their diligent and transparent efforts, marking the conclusion of the proceedings.
