Boulgou/niaogho: KIAKA SA LAUNCHES CONSTRUCTION OF A MODERN LABORATORY AT THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL PROMOTION CENTER 2 The President of the Special Delegation of Niaogho, Karim Sana, presided on Tuesday over the ceremony for laying the foundation stone of the future laboratory of the Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) 2. A project financed by the mining company Kiaka SA, whose delivery is expected in 70 days.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Kiaka SA mine is supporting the transformation of the Niaogho Health and Social Promotion Centre (CSPS) 2 into a Medical Centre, through the construction of a biomedical analysis laboratory for the benefit of the population.
In his speech, the president of the Special Delegation expressed his gratitude to the mining partner. 'A medical center without a laboratory does not fully meet health standards. That is why the mining company agreed to support us in this regard,' stressed Comrade Sana, believing that this infrastructure meets a crucial need of the community.
Addressing the company in charge of the work, he insisted on respecting the contractual deadline of 70 days.
According to the head of the municipality, this unit will significantly improve the quality of healthcare services in Niaogho. He announced that this initiative will be followed by other large-scale projects to benefit the residents.
On behalf of Kiaka SA, the steward in charge of sustainable development and community relations, Armel Bouda, indicated that this achievement is part of the company's corporate social responsibility policy and its commitment to the host communities. According to his explanation, the implementation of this new service aims to support the transformation of CSPS 2 into a functional and autonomous medical center.
