Kourittenga: The president of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Dialgaye, Nogwaya Jos¨phe Sawadogo, opened the third mandatory ordinary session of the commune, which focused on examining and adopting the minutes from the previous session, debating budget guidelines, and reviewing various items.
According to Burkina Information Agency, members of Dialgaye's special delegation scrutinized the minutes from the previous session, provided observations and amendments, and subsequently adopted them. The session also featured a budget orientation debate, an essential step in preparing the municipal budget.
Participants discussed the primary financial guidelines of the municipality and identified priorities for future actions and activities. During the two-day session, municipal actors examined the priority needs of the population and explored actions that could contribute to the development of Dialgaye.
The budget orientation debate aims to create a framework for consultation regarding available resources and development priorities, ensuring the population's concerns are considered in municipal management. The session also included the examination of miscellaneous items, allowing for the discussion of other questions related to the municipality's functioning and life.
