To©c©: A meeting to plan training and resource mobilization activities for the ROPI Initiative was held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, in To©c©. The ROPI (Referent-Opportunities-Integration) initiative organized this gathering for young people to exchange ideas, program training activities, and reflect on strategies for mobilizing financial resources.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the meeting room at To©c© town hall was packed with attendees, demonstrating strong interest and participation. The event was attended by the 2nd vice-president of the special delegation of the commune of To©c©, Comrade Alidou Ou©draogo, alongside a significant number of young people from various villages within the commune. The aim of the meeting was to facilitate the exchange of ideas on actions to be undertaken in 2027 and to define strategies for their implementation and financing.
Under the leadership of Mamounata Niki¨ma, the head of the ROPI office, participants identified several priority activities. These included organizing entrepreneurship training, participating in Faso Mªbo work in the Nazinon region, mobilizing financial resources, and organizing sanitation activities in public areas.
Comrade Ou©draogo, who was present at the meeting, commended the young people for their strong mobilization and dedication. He encouraged them to fully engage with society and become more involved in local development initiatives, benefiting the entire population. The meeting also served as an opportunity for participants to reinforce their commitment to initiatives that promote youth empowerment and community development.
