Yargo:Farmers in the rural commune of Yargo, located in Kourittenga province, are expressing hope for ongoing rain to ensure better harvests following two consecutive days of rainfall.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the recent rains have brought much-needed relief to the agricultural community in Yargo. However, farmers remain cautious as their crops have reached a crucial development phase that requires consistent rainfall for optimal growth.

Alice Dayamba, a farmer in the area, described the rain as a blessing after a challenging start to the agricultural season, which faced delays. She emphasized the importance of continued rainfall for completing the ripening process of the crops.

No Wangr, another local farmer, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the benefits of the recent moisture but stressing the need for further rain to sustain crop development.

Similarly, Paul Nar pointed out the critical timing of the rains and the necessity for additional showers to meet harvest expectations.

As the season progresses, Yargo's farmers remain hopeful yet vigilant, closely monitoring weather patterns in anticipation of the final rains needed for a successful harvest.
