Nandiala:The municipality of Nandiala marked its day of excellence, an event aimed at recognizing and rewarding top-performing students and educators within its education system.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony took place on Saturday, October 4, and was themed around excellence, merit, and the advancement of education. It gathered provincial and municipal administrative authorities along with the educational community.

The initiative seeks to honor academic achievements and foster a competitive spirit within the schools of the municipality. Students were awarded supplies, bicycles, and tablets, especially those advancing to university studies.

The event also served as an opportunity to appreciate the contributions of teachers and various partners. The Prefect and President of the special delegation highlighted the importance of promoting academic excellence as a crucial investment for Nandiala's future.

High Commissioner of Boulkiemde, Salimata Ouedraogo/Sanou, who served as the patron of the ceremony, congratulated the winners and encouraged all participants to maintain their efforts. She emphasized the goal of developing an intellectually and patriotically capable elite to tackle future challenges.
