Boussouma:The head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Boussouma S1, Hamado Savadogo, has urged teachers, students, and parents to prioritize the consumption of local products to bolster Burkina Faso's national production and economic sovereignty.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Savadogo made this appeal during the launch of the second phase of the National Days of Patriotic Engagement and Citizen Participation (JEPPC), themed "Let's produce Burkinab, let's consume Burkinab."

Savadogo encouraged educational institutions to become centers for promoting patriotism and local consumption by raising awareness among students and parents. Initiatives such as establishing school gardens and fields were suggested to support this cause.

The activities scheduled from October 2 to 16, 2026, will also include sanitation operations, communications on the history of national heroes, awareness sessions about respecting the Highway Code, and the preparation of local dishes.
