SONAGESS sold between July 10 and 18, 2023, a total of 615 bags of 50 kg maize, at the rate of 6,000 FCFA per unit to relieve vulnerable people.

The SONAGESS store was served with maize in 50kg bags for the 29 villages and 4 sectors of Solenzo.

Thus a total of 615 bags were deposited in the store.

Some villages of Solenzo located nearly fifty kilometers from Solenzo and which should benefit from 20 bags, have withdrawn in favor of vulnerable people.

So to benefit from it, you must bring your CNIB and a photocopy of the document as well as a sum of 6000 FCFA.

According to Rodrigue Coulibaly, in charge of public affairs at the town hall of Solenzo and who is part of the sales commission, you have to be vulnerable to be able to have a bag.

“We all know each other in Solenzo. Here, no one can come and take and go to sell. There are people who are commercial employees, some have stores and who wanted to benefit but we refused because there are people who need more, ”proclaims Rodrigue Coulibaly.

Sahoudata Sawadogo is a housewife. She confides in these terms:

“I really didn’t know what to do. I pay for the box of corn 3 or 4 times a week for the family, but with this bag I will be able to breathe a little. The government did the right thing, otherwise all our husbands would flee in search of gold”.

With a smile on his lips, Bakary Traoré sketches a few dance steps near his bag.

“I’m going to take away give they’re going to crush and tonight I can at least eat well. Some people want it but they don’t even have a franc. My son gave me the 6000 this morning. It didn’t happen, it has to come back again because among traders we are talking about more than 20,000 FCFA, the bag of corn, ”concluded Bakary Traoré.
