Fada N'Gourma, The governor of the Eastern region, Colonel Hubert Yaméogo, paid tribute to the soldiers who paid the heaviest price by losing their lives in the fight against terrorism and the great banditry, Thursday November 2, 2023 in Fada N'Gourma, during a ceremony.

The Governor of the Eastern region saluted the memory of these valiant soldiers who accepted the supreme sacrifice for the safeguard of our dear homeland.

To this end, Colonel Hubert Yaméogo and the commander of the 6th military region, Lieutenant-Colonel Eric Dabiré, laid a wreath of flowers at the place of the martyrs of the city of Yendabili, in memory of these worthy sons who fell running 2022 and 2023.
