Burkina: the FBF launches the ‘FIFA foot for schools’ project on January 4

Ouagadougou: The Burkinabè Football Federation (FBF) will launch the FIFA foot for schools (F4S) project in Ouagadougou on Thursday, the ambitious school program managed by the world football body in collaboration with UNESCO, we learned from the umbrella organization of Burkinabè football.This launch ceremony will be marked by a presentation of FIFA balls to school teams, school football structures and stakeholders and the official launch of the school football supervision project.The launching ceremony is sponsored by the Burkinabè ministers of sports, youth and employment and that in charge of national education.'Football for schools' is a program managed by FIFA in collaboration with UNESCO which aims to contribute to the education, development and empowerment of almost 700 million children around the world.This program has been designed to promote targeted life skills and values through the practice of football and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and other prioritie s.Source: Burkina Information Agency
