FBC Office Sarl is a consultancy specializing in employment and professional training as well as management consulting support. He organized training for drivers from July 22 to 26, 2024 in Bobo-Dioulasso in order to provide them with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary for the proper use of motor vehicles. The beneficiaries were the drivers of the Bobo regional directorate of the Bureau of Mines and Geology of Burkina Faso (BUMIGEB).It focused on the theme: 'Thermal engines and the suspension of motor vehicles' . The BUMIGEB driver-mechanics learned in theory and practice the thermal engine of vehicles and automobile suspension. For the manager of the FBC Office Sarl firm, Mohamed Lamine Faichal Sankara, the training was initiated in order to provide an 'effective and lasting' solution to the problems of recurring mechanical breakdowns of motor vehicles in public and private administrations. 'In Burkina Faso, the various administrations are regularly confronted with mechanical breakdowns of motor ve hicles.This situation very often results in the temporary cessation or outright cancellation of certain activities. This negatively influences the performance of agents and, in turn, prevents the expected objectives from being achieved. In addition, recurring breakdowns of motor vehicles constitute major financial burdens and are often a source of traffic accidents ,' explained the first manager of the firm. The Bobo regional director of BUMIGEB, Mamadou Nimi, praised the holding of this training. For him, it will allow driver mechanics to improve their services, and to repair vehicles themselves, if necessary, in the field.One of the learners, Henri Yameogo, also appreciated this training which, according to him, strengthened their knowledge of vehicle engines and automobile suspension.Source: Burkina Information Agency
