Ouagadougou: A government delegation of three ministers led by the Minister of State, Bassolma Bazié, called yesterday Thursday on the populations of the Sissili province to be VDP and to more cooperation with the fighting forcesA government team composed of the Minister of State, Bassolma Bazié, the Minister of Justice, Edasso Rodrigue Bayala and the Minister in charge of Regional Cooperation, Stella Eldine Kabré/Kaboré, met in Léo with the active forces of the province of Sissili.In terms of the fight against terrorism, the Minister of State Bassolma Bazié urged the populations to be VDP and to collaborate more with the fighting forces.This meeting was also an opportunity for the populations to give their readings of the national situation and to make proposals and criticisms that the delegation will transmit to the head of state.For their part, the active forces called for, among other things, the reestablishment of the death penalty, the strengthening of the security network, the strengthening of identity checks, the strengthening of intelligence, the involvement of customary people in the resolution of certain social conflicts.Source: Burkina Information Agency
