High Commissioner Advocates for Self-Sacrifice to Transform Burkina Faso into El Dorado

Banwa: The new High Commissioner of Banwa, Sanfi©nal© Joseph Sirima, called on state workers to embrace self-sacrifice and ethical practices to drive transformation in Burkina Faso during his tour of provincial directorates.

According to Burkina Information Agency, High Commissioner Sirima emphasized the importance of banishing frustrations within public services and adopting principles such as tolerance, forgiveness, and professional ethics. His appeal was made during his address to various sectors, including the police, the gendarmerie, the BIR 18, and Sofitex workers, as part of his ongoing engagement with public administration services.

Having previously visited customary and religious authorities, Sirima continued his outreach by visiting multiple departments, from the town hall to education and forestry. His consistent message was a call for a revolutionized administration in Banwa, centered on tolerance and respect. He commended workers for their efforts and urged them to continue their dedication to ensure the state's presence remains strong in the province.

Security and peace were key topics during his discussions, with Sirima expressing confidence that 2025 would mark a significant victory for the FDS and VDP over adversaries, promising tranquility in Banwa. Service managers utilized this opportunity to voice challenges and propose suggestions aimed at enhancing service quality for the local population.
