Gay©ri: Students of the Gay©ri Provincial High School were educated on the responsible use of mobile phones in schools by the New Hope of Komondjari Association (ANEK) during a session held on Friday, April 25, 2025.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the awareness session saw a large turnout of students who commended the relevance of the theme and the quality of discussions. The educational approach adopted during the session was also appreciated by the attendees. The initiative aimed to enhance students' understanding of issues related to the responsible use of mobile phones within the school environment.
The students expressed a strong interest in further training in computer skills, underscoring the need to master digital tools to foster a more educational and productive use of information and communication technologies. This interest highlights the growing importance of digital literacy in educational settings.
In a related effort, the ANEK Association previously organized training sessions on saponification for orphaned and vulnerable students at the Mandiadoudi bilingual school, as well as for internally displaced women in sector 4 of Gay©ri, on March 11 and 12.
