Passor©: A high school mobilizes for community service: The Neer-Wata association in collaboration with the Pilimpikou Departmental High School (LDP) in Passor© organized on Friday, May 9, 2025, in the courtyard of the high school and its surroundings, works of common interest to deal with the damage caused by runoff water during the winter period.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Neer-Wata association of Pilimpikou mobilized administrative staff, teachers, students, and parents of students from the Pilimpikou Departmental High School (LDP) to address the damage caused by runoff water during the winter season. The initiative focused on plugging holes in the high school grounds caused by the water.
Using bags filled with earth and stone barriers, the high school community worked diligently to block various water passages within the student work and learning environment. This effort aimed to ensure the safety and functionality of the school's infrastructure.
The principal of the Pilimpikou Departmental High School, Socrate Bassol©, expressed his appreciation for the activity, highlighting its importance for patriotic commitment and civic participation. He emphasized the strong mobilization of the high school's stakeholders and members of the association, noting that the operation will help prevent flood-related risks in the LDP.
