Ouagadougou: An association of natives and supporters from Ralle donated a fuel voucher valued at 250,000 CFA francs to the authorities of the special municipal delegation for the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) in Seguenega, Sanspelga, and Goubre. The donation aims to enhance the security within the municipality.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the donation was officially handed over to Yacouba Guiro, Vice-President of the Seguenega Special Delegation. This gesture was made to encourage communal support for the ongoing security efforts. Yacouba Guiro urged all residents of the commune to contribute to this patriotic cause.

Hamade Ouedraogo, representing the donors, emphasized the importance of supporting those actively involved in security operations. He detailed the allocation of the donation: 150,000 CFA francs for the VDP in Seguenega, and 50,000 CFA francs each for Sanspelga and Goubre.

Chief Warrant Officer Souleymane Ouedraogo, commander of the Seguenega territorial gendarmerie brigade, expressed gratitude on behalf of the beneficiaries. He noted that the donation would greatly enhance their operational mobility.
