Ouagadougou: The Director of Human Resources of the Ministry of Family and Solidarity of Burkina Faso, Alima Tour, was elected on Saturday, September 12, 2026, as the best Human Resources Director in the Ministries/Institutions category in Accra, at the annual ceremony recognizing human capital professionals, "HR Awards".
According to Burkina Information Agency, Alima Tour expressed her deep gratitude to the highest authorities of her department. She welcomed the trust and support of the Minister, Lieutenant-Colonel Passowend Plagie KABOR, as well as the Secretary General of the Ministry, Mile ZABSONR. "Without you, none of our initiatives to enhance human capital could have borne fruit," she testified.
She also thanked her former superiors, including Her Excellency Comrade Nandy SOME/DIALLO, and her former colleagues at Sidwaya Publishing who contributed to the success of her professional career. For the winner, this award is an invitation to maintain the course of performance. "This award is not an end in itself, but an encouragement to continue to innovate and to place, more than ever, people at the heart of our actions," she maintained.
The 10th edition of the Human Resources Caf was held in Accra, Ghana, particularly marked by the organizers' desire to relocate this exchange platform to strengthen regional cooperation and the sharing of administrative experience between Ghana and Burkina Faso.
