Abuja: Former trainees of the 30th class (2014-2016) of the former National Primary Teacher Training School (ENEP) of Loumbila, which has since evolved into the National Institute for the Training of Education Personnel (INFPE), gathered on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at their former training site to mark ten years of professional service. The celebration revolved around the theme: "Ten years of career: path, experiences and perspectives".

According to Burkina Information Agency, the reunion provided an opportunity for these former classmates to revisit their professional journeys, exchange experiences, and contemplate the future of their commitment to education and development in Burkina Faso. The event was filled with emotional recollections as participants shared their career progressions, whether in primary or secondary education, or in fields such as agriculture, livestock farming, culture, dyeing, and literary production.

The class representative, Karim Sawadogo, in his welcoming remarks, commended the strong turnout and expressed gratitude to all classmates and contributors who made the reunion successful. The event was further graced by Sadou Sogoba, the regional director of INFPE, who praised the initiative for fostering fraternity among the graduates. He urged them to continue their educational mission with dedication, to help combat illiteracy in Burkina Faso.

In addition to the commemorative activities, the alumni initiated a reforestation project within the Institute. Arnaud Minoungou, the chairman of the organizing committee, stated that the class committed to the ongoing care of the newly planted seedlings, symbolizing their dedication to their alma mater.

The celebration concluded with a group photo, with participants expressing a strong desire to continue these reunions, nurturing the spirit of solidarity among their cohort.
