BEPC 2025 Sees Slight Improvement in Regional Success Rate

Ouagadougou: The provisional results of the second round of the 2025 Brevet d'©tudes du premier cycle (BEPC) examination have been released, revealing a slight improvement in the overall success rate in the four provinces of the region. With a regional rate of 47.52% this year, the region shows a notable increase compared to the 46.06% recorded in 2024.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Regional Director Bienzi Didier Par© expressed his satisfaction with these results. He praised the performance of the newly admitted candidates, highlighting the considerable efforts made by all those involved in this success. Par© stated, "I congratulate the various stakeholders for putting in the effort to raise the candidates to this level," acknowledging everyone's commitment.

Addressing this year's less fortunate candidates, Mr. Par© delivered a message of encouragement and perseverance. He urged them to redouble their efforts for the next session, reminding them that "failure is only a step towards success." This sentiment underlines the importance of perseverance in the educational journey.

These results, although provisional, mark an important step for many students and highlight the dynamics of education in the region. In detail, the provinces present the following performances: Boulkiemd© at 47.81%, Sangui© at 48.76%, Sissili at 45.10%, and Ziro at 45.69%.
