Bogand© Quranic Training Center Honors Ten Laureates for Memorization Achievements

Bogand©: The third graduating class of the Salahou Dine Al Ayoubi Quranic training center was celebrated this weekend in Bogand©, in the presence of administrative, religious, and traditional authorities. A total of ten students who had memorized the Holy Quran were recognized, four of them with the distinction of "excellent," during a ceremony marked by calls for perseverance, guidance, and community solidarity.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony commenced in an atmosphere filled with faith and contemplation, as student Aboukar Dicko set the tone with a reading of the Holy Quran. This event was dedicated to the exaltation of religious knowledge and Islamic values.

One of the center's founding members, Abdoul Karim Koudougou, expressed gratitude to partners and stakeholders for their unwavering support, emphasizing their significant contribution to the establishment's success. The sponsor, Oumarou Komondi, through his representative, pledged continued support for initiatives that promote spiritual values and religious education, highlighting such efforts as "works that please Allah."

Taugolo Par©, the president of the special delegation (PDS) of the urban commune of Bogand©, commended the center's achievement in helping ten students memorize the Quran. He encouraged instructors to persist in their mission of support, aiming to help these learners become community role models.

Issa Lankoand©, representing the Provincial Directorate of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DPEPPNF), congratulated the winners for their dedication and discipline, advocating for the continuation of such educational initiatives. Meanwhile, Abdou Ou©draogo, the head of social services at Bogand© town hall, emphasized collective responsibility towards children, stating, "We must no longer speak of orphans in our assemblies, because every child belongs to the community."

Quranic teacher Souleymane Ou©draogo, representing the center's director, presented a report showing that ten students passed, with four earning "excellent," five "very good," and one "good" distinctions, reflecting the high quality of training provided. Currently, around forty students are preparing for Quran memorization.

The ceremony concluded with an awards presentation, where the top four winners received copies of the Holy Quran and bicycles, while the remaining laureates were awarded Qurans and school kits. Through this initiative, the Salahou Dine Al Ayoubi center reinforces its role in the spiritual and moral development of youth, contributing to a society rooted in the values of faith, discipline, and solidarity.
