The prefect, president of the special Bittou delegation officially launches the start of the polio vaccination and malnutrition screening campaign at the urban Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) of Bittou, May 10, 2024

The reactive vaccination campaign against poliomyelitis and malnutrition screening of children aged 0 to 59 months in the year 2024, in the commune of Bittou was launched by the prefect, president of the special delegation of Bittou, Mohamed Lamine Diabaté , on May 10, 2024 at the Urban Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) of Bittou

Accompanied by a strong delegation, primary health officials, health workers, administrative, customary and religious authorities, mothers of children, the prefect administers the first drop to a child and measures his arm circumference.

According to the prefect, this vaccination campaign which takes place from May 10 to 13, 2024 and will significantly reduce poliomyelitis and malnutrition. He invited the population to support the success of the said
campaign.
