Burkina Faso – Belgium cooperation: the Belgian ambassador at the end of his mission salutes the excellent relations

Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE received this Monday morning in audience, the ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Burkina Faso, Jean-Jacques QUAIRIAT, at the end of his mission in our country.On this occasion, the Belgian diplomat took stock of the four years spent in our country and discussed the prospects for cooperation between Belgium and Burkina Faso.Jean-Jacques QUAIRIAT underlined the desire of both parties to continue to work together calmly and to iron out differences to preserve and promote the interests of the Burkinabè and Belgian people.'Recently we signed a cooperation agreement for an additional four years, and budgets are allocated within the framework of humanitarian aid,' said the ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Burkina Faso, Jean-Jacques QUAIRIAT.This new cooperation agreement includes a multi-year 2023-2027 program in the fields of entrepreneurship and health care, notably with the Tenkodogo mother-child center in the Center-East region, expla ined the Belgian diplomat.'I appreciated the moments spent with the Burkinabè, whether at the political level or with civil society actors.
