Man:The President of Burkina Faso's message, delivered on October 2, 2026, for the second phase of the third edition of the Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPPC), was read and translated into Moor in Man to ensure its content was accessible to the public.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the event began with the solemn raising of the national colors, officially launching the JEPPC in Man. Wendincont Alain Kiemtor, president of the Special Delegation of the commune, read the presidential message, which Olivier Oudraogo translated into Moor.
The slogan "All for Made in Burkina let's make every purchase an act of sovereignty" was extensively explained in Moor, urging the population to prioritize local products and incorporate them into their consumption habits to support national sovereignty.
The ceremony also aimed to raise awareness among road users about the necessity of wearing helmets. Comrade Kiemtor emphasized the importance of adhering to road safety rules established by the country's highest authorities.
With the new school year underway, local authorities encouraged students to maintain discipline, a strong work ethic, and exemplary behavior. They also urged students to promote and consume products made in Burkina Faso.
Constituted bodies, students, and a large gathering of the population attended the ceremony, which took place at the Man prefecture and included the raising of the national colors.
