Burkina: The Nestlé Burkina company offers 200 table-benches to a primary school

Houndé, The Minister in charge of National Education, Prof. Stanislas Ouaro, handed over on Saturday two hundred table-benches worth nearly ten million CFA francs, offered by the company Nestlé Burkina, at the primary school of Bereba A.

“The making of tables-benches from plastic waste will continue in order not only to provide other schools with this tool, but also to protect the environment and livestock against plastic bags,” said Professor Stanislas Ouaro. .

The Minister in charge of national education Stanislas Ouaro expressed his gratitude to the company Nestlé Burkina and to the doctor of the Head of State, Dr Evariste Dabiré.

It was Dr Dabiré, a former student of the establishment, who worked with the company for the acquisition of this equipment for the benefit of Béréba “A”.

The mayor of the commune of Béréba, Boyé Zoubiessé, welcomed this donation which, according to him, will provide better living and working conditions for students and teachers.

“This material will improve academic performance and the quality of teaching,” he added.

For the representative of the beneficiaries, Faustin Sanou, “these tables-benches will solve the problem of seating in the classes in view of the growing number of students”.

The mayor and the beneficiaries invited other structures to follow in the footsteps of the donor company to further improve the working conditions of teachers and students.
